Mar, 22 2019Jennifer Osburg4I have a physical therapist that I normally see at this new location. Recently I was told that I had to wait 3 weeks in order to see him for an evaluation. I agreed, and then when I arrived there was a different "floater" therapist there. When I asked what the reason was for this, they said he was at a conference. They had no explanation for why I hadn't been notified before the day of my appointment. Despite the administrative mistakes that this location sometimes makes, their service and quality of care is very high.
